In this pivotal moment, the Democratic Party of Oregon stands as a proven beacon of progressive success and grassroots organizing strength. While the loss of the White House is deeply felt across our nation, Oregon Democrats not only held our ground – we delivered historic victories.

Through decades of party leadership, I've worked to build a party that draws its strength from the vibrant diversity of our communities. This inclusive approach strengthened the bonds between our tireless grassroots organizers, dedicated county leaders, and thousands of volunteers whose extraordinary efforts secured our legislative supermajority in both chambers. Oregon is positioned as a steadfast Democratic stronghold.

When I speak on the national stage, I share how Oregon's achievements stem from this combined commitment to experienced leadership, grassroots networks, and genuine inclusion. As we face the challenging political years to come, our state's path to victories will come from weaving together seasoned expertise with the dynamic energy of diverse communities and emerging leaders in our counties, our caucuses and our elected officials.
